Job Description: Our client, a small luxury resort in Mauritius, is looking for a young dynamic Asian specialty Chef to lead the kitchen team to success in an exciting Modern Asian Fusion Restaurant already positioned as one of the top in Mauritius. Qualified candidates will possess a min of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a similar operation. Report directly to the Exec Chef. Requirements: Current experience as Head Chef in an up market Asian Fusion restaurant or 5 star hotel Specialty restaurant. Asian Nationality preferred. Requires English language skills. Strong training and management skills. Single status position preferred. Offered contract for min 2 years and a salary around 3000 US$ for the right candidate.
